Robert Alexander Butchers are excited to have teamed up with Montgomerie Farms to produce what we believe will be a world class selection of beef. The Luing Cattle live out on the hill year round on the North Ayrshire coast. They have been specifically selected as they naturally thrive on a diet of grass, heather, shrubs and trees, with the addition of hay in the winter. This diet, combined with the ideal hanging time, and skill of our butchery team have produced an amazingly tender and flavour full selection of beef.
We suggest you put some in your freezer for Christmas. Stocks are very limited. The first of this beef will be available from November 12th 2019 and will probably only be available for a two week period.
