Special Ham Joints

Beautiful pieces of lightly smoked Ham at an amazing price. Best way to cook is boil for an hour (that will be it ready)  - but then cover it in a mixture of brown sugar and honey and flash roast it at the highest temperature for 15 minutes basting once or twice. Fantastic. All around the 1.0 kg mark and will easily serve 4.
