Tandoori Lamb Henry

A cracking piece of lamb shoulder marinaded in Tandoori Spices. Char it really hard till almost black - remove from Barbeque and rest - slice thin and serve on a wrap or pitta bread with some salad, chutney and coleslaw. Thank me later!
