Caribbean Spare Ribs

These are the best Spare Ribs we have ever tasted. You can take them out the tray and do them on the Barbeque but they are just as amazing done in the tray in the oven. It’s Pork Spare Ribs lightly seasoned in a fruity yet spicy Caribbean Marinade. Overdo them until they start to caramelise. Eat with a knife and fork or get your fingers all sticky. This is a good portion for 2 (over 730g including the sauce) - really fantastic!
