We prepare your lamb to an excellent standard giving you an excellent range of cuts - you'll get a Neck Fillet sliced down to give you great Stewing Chops, a fine piece of Lean Rolled Shoulder Lamb for Roasting, a Seven Rib Rack of Lamb that will serve two or three people, Double Loin Chops, Chump Chops, a couple of Gigot Chops and Nice Leg for Roasting and with all the trimmings we will make you some tasty Lamb Burgers.
