Rolled Silverside of Beef - at least 1kg in weight - will serve 5, maybe even 6 easily. Lean matured Scotch Beef. Comes in its own cooking bag ready for the oven!

Rolled Scotch Lamb - a half boneless shoulder of lamb - will serve 4 or 5 - trimmed lean and Will slice well. Comes in its own cooking bag.

2kg Ham Loin - lightly smoked Van der Mey Ham Loin - will serve 10 to 12 easily - beautiful meat - presented in its own cooking bag.

2.0kg of Roast Loin of Pork - trimmed lean - no skin - in its own cooking bag - will serve between 10 and 12 people easily.
